Aunt Tina passed down an awesome red tricycle for Brant to use, they gave me a helmet too but his head is too big for it. I took Brant to Wal-mart today to get a new helmet and had to buy him one in the 3+ size because the toddler size was too small. I don't know if you'll be able to see in the pictures or not but it is a Cars helmet with Lightning McQueen on it. He was so excited to see the helmet in the stores since Cars is currently his favorite movie. He got some time trying out the trike with his helmet on with Daddy's help and without. He hasn't figured out how to push the pedals yet on his own but keeps his feet on them well if we are pushing him. He went through spurts about liking the helmet on or off and got upset at times wanting it off quickly. I am so excited that he is enjoying the tricycle so much and I look forward to much more trike time in the future. Here are some pictures of him in his helmet and on his trike before and after lunch time so the shirts have changed due to the mess he made with his peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
