Outside Time

Brant and I spent a little time outside yesterday. I was just taking him outside to play on his new slide that he got from his Grandma and Grandpa and his Aunt Mo and Uncle Ryan. He loves his new slide, but then our neighbors dogs (on both sides) started barking and he took it upon himself to tell them they were not supposed to be barking. He went to both fences telling them "No Bark! Doggie, NO BARK!" even though it just made them bark more. He seems to enjoy telling them to stop so he spent some time doing that and then running around in the backyard, but he did stop for a bit to give the tree in the backyard some love. Brant wants to keep our backyard clean so when he found a Sprite Zero can he kept trying to throw it over the fence into the neighbors yard behind us, but he could never get it to go high enough to go over. After several attempts we took the can and then put it in our recycling bin. We had a fun time in the backyard and I'm so glad that we put it to use more now that Brant is in our lives, we never really used the backyard at the old house except to let the dogs outside. Brant definitely keeps us on our toes and helps keep us more active since he is a VERY active boy.
