Mimi's Party

Yesterday we went to Jason's Aunt Lisa's house to celebrate Mimi's (Jason's mom) birthday. Lisa has a fabulous backyard and a great pool. The kids had a great time playing at the pool and I had fun taking pictures of them. Brant got to wear his new lifejacket for the first time and he wasn't too sure about it for a while. He had fun playing with the diving sticks both holding them, tasting them and throwing them. He also wanted to take a turn in the pink float that he saw Mommy use earlier in the pool. Later we had hamburgers and hotdogs and the kids played on the swing set as well as playing in the pool. The majority of the time we were there was spent in the pool though. I'm glad we were able to go and celebrate his Mimi's birthday. We will be leaving soon to go and visit her at her house in Florida for a week. I hope to have a lot of great pictures and posts to share with everyone when we get back. I sent out a snapfish e-mail to allow Jason's family to share in the photos since there were more than 60 good ones and that would take up too much e-mail space.
